Thank you for choosing Rhythm Tank Studio's Discover Music! Playgroup. Payment is due at time of registration either by e-transfer to jess@rhythmtankstudio.ca, or by using the Paypal button below. Please see below for important payment and policy information. Within one week of registering, you will receive a welcome package including a parent handbook and more details regarding first day of class.

CLASS REGISTRATION

Enrolment Options

Full Semester - Pay the full semester's tuition ($180) at time of registration.

Month by Month - Pay $60 tuition deposit at time of registration to hold your spot. $60 due at first class of first month, and first class of second month. Tuition deposit is applied to third (final) month of class.

Cancellation & Withdrawal (Full Semester Enrolment)

If your child’s class is canceled a full refund will be provided to you. If you choose to cancel your registration prior to the beginning of the semester, written notice must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the start date to receive a full refund. A full refund less a $30 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received within 2 weeks of the start date.

If circumstance requires you to withdraw partway through the semester, we ask that you provide 2 weeks written notice. A full refund of remaining tuition fees less a $30 withdrawal fee will be given in this case. For cases where less than 2 weeks’ written notice is received, a full refund of remaining tuition fees less a $60 withdrawal fee will be given.

A full refund of your deposit less a $30 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received within 2 weeks of the start date.

 

If circumstance requires you to withdraw partway through the semester, we ask that you provide 2 weeks written notice. A 50% refund of your tuition deposit will be given in this case. For cases where less than 2 weeks’ written notice is received, your tuition deposit will not be refunded.

Parent Volunteering Expectations

Each week one parent will be required to volunteer for the duration of class to assist the teacher with any extra needs of the children (e.g. walking to the bathroom, getting a drink of water, helping children focus through positive guidance and active participation). If you are unable to attend your scheduled volunteering day, you are responsible for making alternative arrangements to ensure another class volunteer will be present in your place. Be sure to communicate any changes with the teacher at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on the number of registrants, each parent can expect to volunteer 1 or 2 times over the course of the semester.
